At The Kids Book Club Store, every book and journal is lovingly personalized just for your child. Because we begin the personalization process as soon as your order is placed, we have a limited window for cancellations.

Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order will have entered production and we will be unable to cancel or modify it.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us through the Contact Us page on our website as soon as possible. Include your order number and the reason for your cancellation request. We will do our best to accommodate requests received within the 2-hour window.

Personalized Items

As all our products are made-to-order and personalized with your child's name and details, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective or with an error. In such cases, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion, at no additional cost.
