At The Kids Book Club Store, we take great care in preparing and dispatching every order. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.
When Can You Return a Product?
We accept returns only in the following circumstances:
- Error on our part: If you received the wrong product or an incorrect personalisation due to a mistake made by us.
- Damaged on arrival: If your product arrived in a damaged or defective condition.
Please note that returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect details submitted by the customer, or any other reason outside of the above.
How to Raise a Return Request
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests raised after this window cannot be accepted.
To raise a request, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs of the product (damage or error)
Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed and will reflect in your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
